  • Situational assessment including size of mold infiltration and type of mold-damaged materials
  • Assess source of water or moisture problem
  • Plan remediation and adapt guidelines to individual situation
  • Select personal protective equipment (PPE), containment equipment, remediation team
  • Remediate
