Phyllis Woodhead has over 20 years experience in the restoration industry. As a skilled communicator, Phyllis is responsible for business development and client service. She is a frequent speaker at regional conferences — making numerous presentations to trade associations, industry affiliations, and corporate groups. Training sessions for DSI and industry personnel are another forte for Phyllis. Pete Woodhead, ASDT, MWR, AMRS, HST, CCT, ASCSVice President
Pete Woodhead has been passionately involved in the restoration field for over 27 years. Direct, hands-on experience includes performing and supervising all facets of restoration and construction (rebuilding structures, inspections, moisture evaluations, structural drying, deodorization, carpet cleaning, and mold remediation.) Since 1998, Pete has narrowed his focus to specialize in dealing with moisture and water damage and their effect on the built indoor environment. He has been directly involved in complex commercial drying, building inspections and evaluations of moisture problems, IAQ complaints and remediation projects that number in the 1,000’s. Pete’s work has led to local, regional and national recognition; he is frequently asked for expert witness testimony, training and insightful presentations. Committed to exacting, meticulous standards and working closely with his team of multi-talented individuals at DSI, Pete’s expertise spans the complete gamut of restoration. Adam Petryka, CCT, WDT, AMRT, CMI, CMAProject Supervisor
Adam Petryka’s direct experience includes performing and supervising structural drying, mold remediation, moisture inspections, estimating, duct cleaning, carpet cleaning, and deodorization. Adam’s forte is his ability to work at exceptional levels under pressure. He has successfully managed multiple complex projects and supervises a staff of 20 personnel. Adam is an expert at coordinating restoration efforts for organizations – always looking to get them back in their businesses as soon as possible. Adam is certified in Water Damage Restoration, Applied Microbial Remediation, Advanced Carpet Cleaning, and Mold Inspections.
Royce AmbroseBusiness Development
With over 13 years of experience in Marketing for professional services, Ms. Ambrose is responsible for DSI’s Business Development function. She is the Education Director of the Society of Professional Services (SMPS) and a member of the Hampton Roads Association for Commercial Real Estate (HRACRE). She also serves on the Board of Directors for the Help and Emergency Response (HER) Shelter which provides shelter for battered women and children.roycea@dryingsolutionsinc.com
Michelle WilkensonBusiness Manager
Michelle boasts over 16 years as an integral team member in fast-paced, customer driven environments. Her organizational and leadership abilities are second only to her ability to effectively and efficiently communicate with customers during times of stress.
